Doing UW with a rit is very possible without Vampirism. Just bring everything that you can,
and use the last slot for a self-heal. (Spirit Light works fine)
As for Assassins... I wouldn't go for Perma before you get Nightfall. Just use it for general
PvE (or PvP) or look up the A/Mo Flashing Blades farmer (can't do Vaettirs, but a variety of other things) if you want to farm with it.
Good luck!

Vampirism isn't needed on a SoS, just make sure you have shadowsong. I haven't solo rit in a while, but if you have spirit siphon on the bar you can replace vamp for anguish.
As for a SF build without NF, you're going to need to run a BU every time you want to permaform, as either glyph of swiftness or deadly paradox are from NF. You CAN use SQ, but you're only going to get 3 SF off before it isn't maintainable.

so I might be able to manage the Vaettirs with glyph of swiftness as opposed to deadly paradox?

Yes, SF can be maintained with GoS. But seriously, just buy NF, it's really cheap now and it seems to be most peoples favourite campaign...

I likely will get it soon, but as of right now that was my limitation.
Thanks for all of the input.

there is a major flaw - if using Gos it means sadly a/e and with sf up there isnt really any ele skills that will quick kill vaetires with the dmg limitation.
No decent aoe skills will get above 26 ( 26 is limit i think ) dmg , sliver will be a joke as it wont stick to 1 foe and will jump around as well as vaetires having uber high ar vs any elemental dmg - and sliver will hit low and low is around 7 dmg. Also what is to be used for energy management if a/e - a/mo , a/me me/a mo/a all have energy management and a/e will require the standard pull into 2 mobs which the others can do between 3 and just over 4 mins , a/e will take a lot longer - maybe 6 mins upwards and when foes reach small numbers sliver becomes less effective and even slower.
As someone already mentioned - try and get nf as you will see a huge difference in being able to farm vaetires with a/mo a/me rather than a/e ( and taking years ).
Plz dont get me wrong but im trying to show the flaws in a simple way - others would jump in and be more harsh

Spiritz is right. You can maintain SF with GoS but you won't be able to do a bit of damage. I guess you could use Radiation Field, but it'd take a loooooong time.
Rit is a great farmer and you don't need Vampirism for the general SoS build. But in all honesty, you should buy Nightfall for lots of reasons.
